How long will it be before I get my order?
Artificial jewels sells both imported branded jewels and native jewellery from the area. Availability impacts when it will be delivered. If the jewellery of your choice is in stock, it will arrive in between three and five days. If not, it may take up to four weeks for foreign-branded jewellery to be delivered to your house.
How do I register for an account?
The first choice is making an account, entering the necessary information, choosing your jewellery, adding it to your cart, and ordering. You can also contact us by Whats app or email with your selection, and we will help you gather all the necessary information to place an order. Finally, you can add your favourite item to your cart, checkout, provide your information, and place your order. Thus, you must decide which way is easiest.
How do I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can update your order’s mailing address under ‘change address’ before we pack it. After “pending” becomes “Processed,” you can’t cancel. Please notify us of any changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I track the status of my order?
To check your order status, phone, Whatsapp, or email us. After creating an account, you can check order status by entering your order number.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax. Rates range from 16% to 17%. The proportion may vary by geography and local tax laws. Checkout will display the sales tax before you pay.
Are you ship to my country?
Our shipment is limited to Pakistan. We like serving our country’s customers. You can choose Pakistan as your shipment destination after checkout. Our customer support team will gladly help you with any Pakistan shipping questions or difficulties.
Will my items come in one package?
One package will contain everything. We want to simplify it for you. We’ll notify you if we need to ship items separately when you place your order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Sorry, We don’t accept product returns or exchanges unless it’s damaged in transportation or the design is different from what you ordered and you confirm within 3 days. Any refunds will be provided within seven days of receiving the returned products.
I received the wrong item?
Kindly get in touch with our customer service team right away and let them know about the mistaken item you received. Your requested item will arrive within seven business days.
My order arrived damaged?
You have three days from the time the products are delivered to determine whether the design matches what you bought or whether it was damaged during transit. If a refund is necessary, it will be given within seven days of the returned items being received.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
It is possible to cancel before payment is received. If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been received, we will 10 deduct 0% for processing your payment fees. If the goods have already been shipped, we will also deduct the cost of both shipping and processing fees. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned items.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
On the goods page, you can choose to keep out items that are out of stock. This will only show you items that are in stock.
Do I have to pay Shipping charges extra?
Yes, you have to pay extra for shipping on top of the amount you pay for the item. We have the best deals, and we also work with the carrier in order to get you the best rates on shipping.
