Returns and Refund

At artificial jewelry, we take pride in providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we stand behind the products that we offer.

Exchange policy 

Items that fit the following requirements can be exchanged.

The product, along with all of its tags, labels, and packaging, is in perfect shape.

The item is undamaged and has not been used or cleaned.

Exchanges for the product are accepted within three days of the delivery date.

Make to Order Products:

Our make-to-order products are pre-orders, and it takes 2 to 3 weeks minimum for an order to get ready. Payment mode for pre-order products is in advance.

Damage or Fault in Product

If the product is damaged or there is any fault or difference, Artificial Jewellery will be responsible for changing the product.

Exchange of Items:

Customers would be requested to pay a delivery fee of Rs 400/-if they would want to exchange their products for another (bangle size, bangle design), or for anything else entirely. To avoid any problems, buyers are asked to thoroughly review the product description and sizing advice before placing the order.

Cancellation and Change of Orders:

After two hours of placing their order, customers are able to modify or cancel it. No requests for cancellations or modifications will be accepted after that. Once an order is placed and money is received, customers are recommended to receive their items at any cost.

Incomplete Address:

To make sure that their parcel arrives at their doorstep, customers must supply a complete and correct address, including their house number, block number, street number, or the closest well-known landmark. Orders that contain odd, incomplete, or empty addresses will be promptly cancelled.

Refund and Return Policy:

We strongly stick to a no returns or refunds policy. To avoid any inconvenience, customers are urged to thoroughly review the product description and sizing advice before placing the order.

Changing or Refund of Sale Item

There are no exchanges or refunds available for any sale or stock clearance sale item.Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support staff with any questions.
